Your connections cannot see each other, or work out that the other exists. No follower lists, no mutual friends, no feed, and no counts anywhere that could be compared. It is not a setting you have to find; it is how the app is built. Joining the same team, or the same invitation, is the one thing that introduces two people, and you both choose it.
Four honest answers
Why not just text them?
Texting finds out whether they are free. This shows you before you ask, and puts the plan in the calendar so it actually happens.
Does my boss see my weekend?
Only if you connect to your boss, and then only what you allow: a real title, a label like Work, or plain busy with nothing else.
Do my friends see each other?
Not through you. There is no follower list, no mutual friends and no feed, and nothing anywhere counts how many people you know. The only way somebody sees another name is if you both join the same team or say yes to the same invitation, and you each choose that.
What does the other person actually get?
Your free and busy hours, at the level you set for them. If you hide something, it still blocks the time so nobody books over it, and the hour gives no hint that anything is there.
